Tkcem Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 General Information & Applicability

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals at tkcem can be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, tkcem reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error.
• In the event of an abnormal win resulting from a software bug or technical error, tkcem reserves the right to void the result.
• In Sports Betting, bets are settled only after the official result has been announced.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under tkcem's Terms & Conditions:

• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.

• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using third-party software.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting tkcem support. Upon closure, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, but all bonuses will be forfeited.
